How to create menu smart bar in oracle forms builder?

Steps:

Step 1 : click to the menus icon and then create. to create menu smart bar.
Step 2: go to the menu editor by F4  to create menu smart bar.
Step 3: take new toolbar as more as you want to create menu smart bar.
Step 4: write the pl/sql code in the menu button to create menu smart bar.
Step 5: save the menu in your hard drive to create menu smart bar.
Step 6: then compile your menu to create mmx file.
Step 7: then take any form where you want show the menus.
Step 8: go to that forms module's property palette and insert the path of your menu what you have saved to create menu smart bar.
Step 9: add also the mmx files of menu to create menu smart bar.
Step 10: compile and run the form to create menu smart bar.
